TERMS OF SERVICES ================= This is a legal agreement between you and Multiple Stream - owner of Business World List!â„¢ domain for the use of any number of free or paid accounts (referred as the 'Service'). Ordering the Service or signing up for a free account of the Service or as a Business World List! associate constitutes your agreement with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not order the Service or sign up for a free account of the Service. THE SERVICE ============ The Service consists of Business World List account (or accounts) assigned to an e-mail address (or addresses) of domain www.businessworldlist.com. You will be assigned a special Internet address (URL) that will allow you to modify your account's (or accounts') settings via Online Control Panel. Members agree to receive email messages from other list members. GENERAL ======== Multiple Stream exercises no control whatsoever over the information and data passing through its facilities (including but not limited to the Service, World Wide Web domain www.businessworldlist.com, Internet server and Internet backbone). If you are dissatisfied with the Service or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of WWISP in operating the Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of The United States Of America USER RESPONSIBILITIES ====================== Basic Members are entitled certain services free of charge. Basic members are allowed to mail out to Business world List database once every other day to 200 members for free. Limited tracking services are also allowed for Basic Members. Pro customers are charged a monthly fee of $12.00. Pro-Plus customers are charged a monthly fee of $19.99. Paying customer agrees to let Multiple Stream charge the agreed monthly fee to the credit card provided by the paying customer. When the paying customer wishes to cancel his/her PRO account, he/she must let Multiple Stream know of this decision 2 business days before his / her billing date. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE if paying customer is already charged. Do not use misleading headlines while sending messages. Always use appropriate subject lines that relates to your message. You are solely responsible for all Service activities while using our systems. Possession and usage of all information obtained from Multiple Stream (including but not limited to Internet website - www.businessworldlist.com) is at your own risk. You are not allowed to promote or email members with Adult oriented, or other offensive websites. You are not allowed to counter offer to the member emails you receive. You are not allowed to let others access and use the Service, nor make your password visible to others. You may not attempt to find out the password of another user of the Service. NEITHER MULTIPLE STREAM NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE. USAGE OF THE SERVICE The Service may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission or storage of pornography and sex-related content and merchandising and/or any material in violation of any international, federal or any state law or regulation is expressly prohibited. You agree not to send unsolicited bulk e-mail messages using the Service or mentioning e-mail address or URL that is maintained on Multiple Stream server. Such action will result in immediate termination of your account without refund. We will charge a $500.00 clean up fee to you. You will also be in violation to this Service Agreement and subject to legal action and responsible for all legal fees incurred. You agree not to provide false or misleading information on the Service sign up form. This includes, but is not limited to providing false name or e-mail address. PRO members will use list member's first and last name as a special feature. You agree not to provide false or misleading information on the Service Settings web page. This includes, but is not limited to providing false e-mail address in FROM: field. You agree to receive emails from other Basic/PRO Business World List Members. You agree to receive e-mail updates from Multiple Stream Media . These include, but are not limited to Weeklytips Newsletter, service updates, new product information and advertising messages from our sponsors. You may remove yourself from receiving these messages at any time. Your privacy is protected and your e-mail will not be shared with any third party. If you order Professional version and your payment is by credit card, you authorize BusinessWorldList to charge your credit card the monthly fee of $12.00. Charge of $12.00 and can change anytime. If you order Professional Plus version and your payment is by credit card, you authorize BusinessWorldList to charge your credit card the monthly fee of $19.99. Charge of $19.99 and can change anytime. Accounts are terminated (with all information, e-mail addresses and other files) if payment is not received on the date of invoice. Multiple Stream shall have the right to suspend service to the subscriber at any time, and for any reason, without notice. If such a suspension is to last for more than 15 days, the subscriber will be notified as to the reason. Commercial service provided by Multiple Stream may be terminated with e-mail message at any time with no penalty. Users of the Business World List PRO may use the 'Broadcast' feature tobroadcast to ENTIRE e-mail address database. Free members are allowed to send ONE mailing every seven days. PRO Members are allowed to use the mailing service every other day. Users of the Business World List PRO-PLUS may use the 'Broadcast' feature tobroadcast to ENTIRE e-mail address database using our HTML features. Tracking Software provided by Business World List is not to be misused by using it for the purpose of Illegal websites and adult websites. Should you violate terms of this Service Agreement, Multiple Stream reserves the right to immediately terminate your access and use of the Service without prior notice. Multiple Stream reserves the right to change the service rates and charges by notifying you 10 days in advance of the effective date of the change. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.
